WORKSCOPE SUMMARY
Arco Ardjuna (AA) is a central offloading area in PHE ONWJ (Oil Storage Barge). Arco Arjuna is connected to SPM#3. Oil distributed to Ardjuna terminal is stored in the Arco Ardjuna and will offloaded to the tanker. SPM#3 has 3 (three) x 16” (350 ft) floating hose connected to the Arco Ardjuna, 2 (two) x 16” (175ft) subsea hoses complete with mid water buoy which tie-back to PLEM-1 at north side and 1 (one) x 16” (175ft) Subsea hose complete with mid-water buoy tie-back to PLEM-2 at south side. SPM #3 also connected to 6 (six) mooring anchors chain with approximately 1024 ft (312m) anchor length at 45m water depth. PHE ONWJ plan to replace these hoses and valves during the 2016 campaign.
The works scope was carried out from the 13th of June till 4th of July 2016, starting with As-Found survey on all the SPM#3 components (Anchor chains, PLEM-1, subsea valve A and B, subsea hose string A and B, PLEM-2, subsea valve C, subsea hose string C) using ROV. After isolation of the SPM#3 and permit to work (PTW) in place, all required components were disconnected and replaced by Air and Saturation divers in stages.
